Wedding Season is here! And with it comes the joy of fun “new” prep and and seasonal treats. On today’s prep list: one smoked salmon side. Yeah!
Gil dressed it up all pretty with dill and lemon slices, then into the smoker it went, only to come out a while later perfectly pink and deeeeelicious!
This is another menu item folks should try at home. It makes for an impressive platter on the dinner table, or a fantastic passed hors d’Oeuvres when flaked and served on a crostini with real creme friache and confit onions.
Of Course, you COULD just call us and put in an order for one too. Nothing would make Gil happier than another afternoon by the smoker!
