We have had another fun day in the kitchen today. Gil is back in meat-cooker heaven. He has slow braised some Hickory Nut Gap Farm beef short ribs to be served at Sunday’s Bountiful Cities Fundraising Event! We will also be providing our wildly popular Old South Bruschetta Bar, featuring our Deviled Egg Salad made with gorgeous brown eggs laid by the Pearson Garden hens, and some veggies skewers (thanks to a donation from Mountain Foods). Short Street is bringing cupcakes, Carolina Bison is bringing burgers and there will be wine and beer! It’s supposed to be a beautiful day, so come on out and celebrate! Hope to see you there!
